Exhibit Designers or a Graphic Designer?
Experienced exhibit designers many times will intentionally have demo
pods inside the design of a booth.
Booth manufacturers, or standard graphic designers may employee exhibit
designers to create custom graphics if the are given the proper
specifications. Many corporations want the use of a designer so that
they can maintain uniformity of their corporate
brand.
How the booth is laid out is as important as the imagination that goes
into its creation and content which is why successful display booths
will require the skills of both a graphics and logistics designer
working together.
Exhibit designers have to fully understand the goals of the company they
are designing the booth in order to successful design it. Every part of
the booth, the messaging, layout, and construction has to work together
in harmony to accomplish the one and only goal of the booth, and that is
to attract customers.
The primary goal of an exhibit is to draw in people. Experienced exhibit
designers many times will intentionally have demo pods inside the design
of a booth. By having the demo pods near the center conference attendees
will have to enter the confines
of the booth so that they can learn more about the company. Once the
attendee is in the booth, the sales person has the opportunity to resent
his or her company's product or service in a more personal surrounding.
