Once you have the message you want to convey to your consumers, don't stray from it.

Creative advertising techniques can attract more customers to your business. However, you have to ensure that you do not harm your brand awareness by having too many designs. Consumers, people in general like consistency.

should say.

Even if you come up with a truly unique ad solution, if it is not focus on your message it can steal from the message you are trying to convey. Lastly, do not be afraid of vetoing any creative ideas that don't service your overall marketing agenda, no matter how great or unique they may be.
